Karen Woodbridge
Karen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a Masters level Employment Law qualification, ACEL. She has worked in City-based multi-national corporations for over 15 years, where she specialised in "people issues".
On a voluntary basis, she has provided advice to Citizens' Advice Bureau (CAB) employment advisers. She also provides career mentoring at a local school. Karen strongly believes that HR and employment law need not be complicated, time consuming or costly. Awareness is always the first step and then implementing a few basic policies and procedures can provide an immense return on investment for SME's.

Jo Clarke: Mentoring Support Scheme
Jo has volunteered for Destiny regularly for a number of years. This year has seen the development of the Destiny Support Scheme, with Jo taking a leading role within it. Jo is involved in the Professional Standards Task Group, which has the remit of formalising the organisation. Jo provides a welcoming face at meetings and networking events.

Hazel Mason: Mentor
Hazel joined Destiny this year bringing 15 years experience from the Third Sector, self-employment and extensive experience from a public health background. Hazel also volunteers for Destiny as a note taker, facilitator and general advisor around quality assurance and professional standards.
