Susan has been extensively involved with the Ready To Start mentoring contract and has been closely involved with the Professional Standards Task Group, set up to formalise the structures of Destiny. Susan is currently involved in a Business Development Project Group, examining innovative services and funding opportunities for Destiny.

Barbara has been closely involved in formalising the procedures throughout the organisation, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. She liaises with partners and clients and generally keeps communication flowing. She has developed her role and takes overall responsibility for administration.







Portrait of Charlotte Stebbing Charlotte Stebbing: Assistant Officer Manger/Events.
Charlotte joined Destiny this year and has settled in very quickly, following a year's sabbatical travelling Australia. She takes responsibility for administration tasks and acts up to the senior role, in the absence of Barbara. Charlotte takes responsibility for organising events and meetings, including minute taking.
