James Harris
James graduated from the University of Kent in 2004 with a degree in Computing and Business Administration which included Service Operations Management, Marketing, HR and Computing Design and Analysis.
Currently, James is employed by Computer Science Corporation as a Service level Manager (SLM) on the Transport for London account, responsible for reviewing and reporting on the IT services provided to TFL, and has 2½ years experience of delivering a service to a demanding customer and with many exacting responsibilities.
In addition James volunteers with a charity known as Look Essex. As Vice-chairman he is accountable for leading volunteer groups, planning and executing services & projects, budgetary control and volunteer recruitment.
John Burgess
John has recently joined Destiny in his current capacity and was formerly involved as a client. He has a wealth of business experience and is a seasoned and effective networker. John is already assisting with professional standards and business development in the shape of producing business plans and policy statements.
Clayton Beckwith
Clayton has recently joined us a Mentor, previously supporting Destiny through his involvement with other voluntary and joint working organisations. Clayton has extensive business experience, particularly around recruitment and training. Clayton retains his links with Essex County Council and other organisations, whilst assisting Destiny.
